Translation Memory eXchange (TMX)

Developed by LISA, TMX is an XML format for the transfer of Translation Memory data which allows for exchange of TM information across different tools. Each segment of TMX may also include elements of information on the formatting of the text (e.g. font) and management of the text (e.g. index entries). See LISA.
