We work with OKI to translate and localise all printer software and accompanying help so that customers worldwide can use the products effectively.

Our project managers have worked with OKI to establish a unique approach to our work that fits seamlessly into OKI’s systems and processes. OKI engineers rely on our projects to be completed on time so that they can install the localised material into their systems. For OKI, our technical ability to translate and localise this software, and then return files in their original format, on time every time, is essential.

The translators we gather for this account are native to the target country and have a technical background. Our translation memory tool ensures translations are consistent and cost effective. Once the files are returned to their original format by our engineers, we have technical staff to validate them to ensure format integrity. Only then are the files returned to OKI for installation.

Our personal service, coupled with our technical expertise, accuracy and ability to adapt to OKI’s systems and processes, has led to the development of a long-term relationship between the companies. Our first project involved the translation of help files into French, Italian, German and Spanish for one product; we now translate and localise multiple OKI products, including software and help systems, into as many as 21 languages.
